Areas Transitioning from the Life Science Services Contract (LSSC) to the Medical and Environmental Support Contract (MESC):

- Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Services
- Biomedical Studies Support
- Medical Education Program
- Human Research Services
- Environmental Microbiology Testing
- Remediation Program Services
- Ecological Monitoring Program Services
- Earth Systems Modeling and Data Management Operations
- Agency Support for Recycling and Affirmative Procurement (RAP)
- Agency Occupational Health Program Support
LSSC employees will begin processing into MESC according to the schedule below.
EACH employee needs to bring their Driver’s License and government keys assigned to them to M6-399, Room 1419 for in-processing. Please contact Cheryl Barton at 867-6296 or Cheryl.E.Barton@nasa.gov to reschedule if employees are not available for in-processing due to vacations, field work, etc.
- Thursday, Sept. 10 – 9:00 to 11:00 – Ecological Monitoring Group; 1:00 to 4:00 – Ecological Monitoring Group
- Friday, Sept. 11 – 9:00 to 11:00 – ESM and DMS Lab; 1:00 to 4:00 – Environmental Microbiology Lab
- Monday, Sept. 14 – 1:00 to 4:00 – Agency Occupational Health Program
- Tuesday, Sept. 15 – 9:00 to 11:00 – Aerospace Medicine, Rehab Works, Exercise Facilities; 1:00 to 4:00 – Aerospace Medicine, Rehab Works, Exercise Facilities
Employees MUST enroll in their benefits at www.ihabenefits.com by September 11th. There will be NO exceptions.
