KSC Fitness Staff

Our staff is trained and educated in a wide variety of fitness and wellness disciplines including Group Fitness, Nutrition, Post Rehab, Pilates, Strength and Conditioning Training, CrossFit, Yoga and Zumba (Latin/World aerobics). Our extensive backgrounds are an excellent source to assist you in meeting your fitness and wellness goals.

Membership

New Members: Come into either Fitness Center, fill out all the forms listed in the Membership Forms site, then have your blood pressure taken. Based on your answers to the questionnaire and your blood pressure reading, the KSC Fitness Center staff will determine if it is necessary for you to receive medical clearance from a physician. If it is determined that you need a medical clearance, KSC employees can get it either from the Occupational Health Facility here at KSC or your own personal physician, non-KSC employee will need clearance from their personal physician unless pre-approved to utilize services provided by MESC. Once this process is completed, the Fitness Center staff will issue you a fitness center membership key-tag. You must check-in with your key-tag in order to use the KSC Fitness Centers.

Current Members: Come to either Fitness Center and fill out a new Demographic Form. You will then receive a key-tag which must used to check-in when using the KSC Fitness Centers.
