BOSU Your Muscles

Not only will this new challenging type of training help to increase muscular strength, it will also help to improve proprioception and balance. This is a well-rounded conditioning class designed to strengthen and tone all the major muscle groups. The emphasis will be to incorporate functional movement with resistance to prepare us for everyday life!

Dance Party

This unique freestyle class is a first for KSC Fitness Center! Once you enter "Club KSC" you'll feel like you've entered a nightclub just for you!! Enjoy dancing at your own pace to a variety of genres of music. We'll teach you easy to follow steps to popular line dances and keep you movin' and groovin'! This is the perfect class for everyone who doesn't think they can keep up with the typical aerobics class! Turn out the lights and crank up the disco ball...let's dance!

Extreme Boot Camp

Extreme Boot Camp will provide you with a high intensity full body workout that you'll love to hate. This class is designed to improve your muscular strength, endurance, and aerobic capacity by utilizing various training modalities such as calisthenics, plyometrics, and agility drills. Workouts will vary each week in an effort to keep your body from reaching a plateau, and individuals of all fitness levels are welcome.

H.A.B.I.T.

Hips / Abs / Butts / Inner Thighs. You want to target and work specific muscle groups? Then this class is for you. A 30-minute high power resistance class designed to achieve definite results! Let's start some good habits.

Hard Core

A unique fifteen-minute class that focuses on various muscle groups. Members can learn and execute the latest and most profitable types of movements to provide a strong CORE wall. Appropriate for all levels.

HQ Hall Walkers

Come join the official walking group that hits the hallways (and stairs) to re-energize your mid-morning, feel good at lunch, and improve your focus for the rest of your day! Learn & experience the benefits of walking, burst cardiovascular training, strength exercises, and stretching. Meet in the Headquarters Lobby at 11:00 am on Mondays and make sure to wear proper shoes and loose clothing.

Lunchtime Yoga

Come rejuvenate and relax your mind and body in this yoga class intended for those who need a restorative break in their day.

Pilates Mat

Mat Science Pilates is a compilation of exercises appropriate for group exercise that is derived from classic disciplines such as yoga, sports and rehabilitation conditioning and dance. This is based on a progressive series of exercises that accommodate all fitness levels to increase strength, flexibility and balance of the entire body, core and stabilizing techniques, health, and posture while focusing on breathing and mindful movement.

Rejuvenation

Reduce physical & emotional effects of stress while invigorating and energizing the mind and body in this gentle and restorative class. Calming stretches will be incorporated, as well as conscious breathing, deep relaxation, and meditation. The result is physical freedom, greater mental clarity, and a deeper sense of relaxation, which will lead to overall health and well being.
VERY GENTLE

Tennis Club for Scrubs

Upper Cut

In this muscle toning classes you will focus on your upper body. Increase your strength, develop your muscles, and learn proper weight training technique. Dumbbells, dynabands, and your own body weight will be used for resistance.

Walking Group

Come enjoy the outdoors while engaging in our weekly walks. It is a wonderful way to keep fit and enjoy some social activity at the same time. All levels are welcome. We will meet on the bridge in the front of the O&C building.

Yoga Soul

Unite your mind, body, and spirit in this Hatha inspired class. You will learn breathing techniques, as well as gain balance, flexibility and strength as you move through various yoga poses, and then be guided through a calming, yet rejuvenating deep relaxation method.

ZUMBA®

This class is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body, while maximizing caloric output and fat burning potential.
