Key Tag
A KEY TAG will be distributed to each KSC Fitness Center member. On the back is barcode and a unique membership ID. Use it as a quick and easy way to check-in, at the front desk. The Key Tag can be used at either KSC Fitness Center.
To receive the new Fitness Center Key Tag, Current Members need only to complete a Demographic Form. New Members will be asked to complete a Demographic Form along with Health Status Forms.
