Cynthia L. Gross, Esq.
Ms. Gross is the Chief Executive Officer/COO. She is responsible for corporate oversight and development of strategic business objectives. She brings over 20 years of executive leadership and legal expertise. She has a background in project, organization, and personnel management with Fortune 100 companies and has served as Associate General Counsel to the Chief Financial Officer for the District of Columbia. Ms. Gross holds a Juris Doctorate from the George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida.

Leroy P. Gross, MD, MPH.
Dr. Leroy P. Gross is the President. He brings a life-long commitment to the art and practice of aviation and space medicine. His career spans several decades as a Missile Launch Control Officer, Air Force Combat Pilot, Aerospace Medicine specialist, designated USAF Pilot/Physician and Physician Executive. Dr. Gross is a fellow of the American College of Preventive Medicine and a fellow of the Aerospace Medical Association. He retired as a Colonel, USAF Medical Corps.
