About Hanford
On January 1st, 2024, IHA assumed operations at the Department of Energy’s Hanford site to provide occupational medical services to thousands of federal and contractor employees at Hanford. For more than 30 years, the Office of Environmental Management (EM) has remained focused on addressing the environmental legacy of nuclear weapons development and nuclear energy research that helped end World War II, win the Cold War, and position the United States as a leader in clean nuclear energy. IHA is proud to support EM’s efforts to deliver results that are protecting the environment, supporting communities, and enabling a concerted focus on safely completing the mission sooner and more efficiently.

AnovaWorks has provided OMS services at Hanford for over 5,000 PNNL employees since 2012 and has 22 years as a Washington state Occupational Medicine Provider.

17+ years experience with Providence St. Joseph Health, including Kadlec Regional Medical Center and Occupational Medicine Clinic. MBA from Gonzaga University Graduate School of Business. Medical Practice Manager with direct responsibility for over 50 employees including 16 Washington State licensed providers; surgeons, physician assistants, audiologists, nurses, referral specialists, surgery schedulers, medical assistants, and front office assistants.

Amanda Cutsforth Blatter, MBA
Program Manager
Dr. Kantor is a board-certified physician in occupational and environmental medicine and addiction medicine with more than 25 years of experience leading health programs in complex industrial, corporate and correctional settings. He currently serves as site occupational medical director at Hanford, where he oversees medical surveillance, toxic exposure management and behavioral health services for a workforce of more than 10,000 employees. Previously, he held global leadership roles at Ford Motor Co., directing occupational health, industrial hygiene and toxicology programs across multiple continents. He also brings extensive experience in medical review, regulatory compliance and fitness-for-duty evaluations. Fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese, Dr. Kantor combines clinical expertise with strategic program development to strengthen workforce health, safety and compliance.

Rebecca Kolln, MBA, serves as the Business and Contracts Director for IHA, bringing more than 15 years of experience in finance, contracting, and operations management across federal and state environments. She specializes in contract negotiation, budgeting, procurement compliance, and process improvement, and holds an MBA in Management and Strategy from Western Governors University, along with a Financial Success for Nonprofits Certificate from Cornell University. At IHA, Rebecca Kolln leads contract administration, prime contract deliverables, and business operations oversight, ensuring alignment with DOE requirements and supporting organizational performance and strategic growth.
