On January 1st, 2024, IHA assumed operations at the Department of Energy’s Hanford site to provide occupational medical services to thousands of federal and contractor employees at Hanford. For more than 30 years, the Office of Environmental Management (EM) has remained focused on addressing the environmental legacy of nuclear weapons development and nuclear energy research that helped end World War II, win the Cold War, and position the United States as a leader in clean nuclear energy. IHA is proud to support EM’s efforts to deliver results that are protecting the environment, supporting communities, and enabling a concerted focus on safely completing the mission sooner and more efficiently.

AnovaWorks has provided OMS services at Hanford for over 5,000 PNNL employees since 2012 and has 22 years as a Washington state Occupational Medicine Provider.

With 17 years of experience in contract and operations management, Rebecca specializes in negotiation, budgeting, and process improvement at both federal and state levels. Rebecca holds an MBA in Management and Strategy from Western Governors University and a Financial Success for Nonprofits Certificate from Cornell University. Her expertise equips her to drive strategic initiatives and optimize organizational performance.

Jill Doran, RN, MSN, COHN-S

Nursing director

With 38 years of experience as a registered nurse, Jill has experience in a variety of healthcare settings to include Medical Practice Management, Chief Nursing Officer, CEO of Virgin Islands Quality Improvement Organization, Program Manager and Nursing Director of an Occupational Health Clinic, Public Health and Substance Abuse Nurse. She is a Certified Occupational Health Nurse- Specialist (COHN-S) with over 35 years in occupational health and more than 10 years in government contracting and operations.
